The Villas in Dammam

This 3-level, 4,800 sqft villa was fabricated and shipped in containers to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2014 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. ABP provided the structure and installation supervision and trained local labor as the structure was erected in a period of 2 weeks.

Due to the unique environment that Saudi Arabia has ABP had to accommodate the vast Air Conditioning units on the roof and design the duct routes into the structure prior to fabrication. You can see from the pictures that this was achieved during the design process by providing the necessary openings in each room while maintaining the structural integrity of the light gauge steel. ABP provided the light gauge steel wall panels, floor trusses and roof trusses to achieve the required architectural design which fitted seamlessly with the local architecture.
