Project Total Area: 56,000 Sq. ft. with Multiple UnitsÂ
This project is built around a sports park with a view to watch the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team practice. The roofs were built using ABP light gauge steel roof trusses. The apartments and townhomes are built in a modern design using ABP light gauge steel wall panels, floor joists and roof trusses and constructed to withstand winds of 160 mph.

Key Largo, in Texas is a multi-phase project with 300 units of beach front houses and town houses. The beach homes are an elevated wood deck, due to sea level changes, with a full steel building above using ABP light gauge steel wall panels, floor joists and roof trusses. The buildings are constructed to withstand a wind speed of 150 mph/ exposure D.Â

This Tiny House is for a retiring client who is down-sizing. We've manufactured several of these tiny homes and delivered them all over the USA and the Caribbean islands, some are used for assisted dwelling units or ADU's. This home is using ABP light gauge steel wall panels, floor joists and roof trusses. The building is constructed to withstand a wind speed of 160 mph.
